Steps to Create a Contact Segment

1. Access the Contacts Section
Step 1: Log in to your WooChat account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Contacts section from the left-hand navigation panel.
2. Choose the "Segments" Option
Step 3: In the Contacts section, select "Segments" to manage and create segments of your contacts.
3. Create a New Segment
Step 4: Click on the "New Segment" button to start creating a segment.
4. Define Segment Criteria
Step 5: Add specific criteria for your segment by using filters such as Contact Tags, Email, Subscription Date, or any other relevant information that suits your needs.
5. Name Your Segment
Step 6: Give your segment a descriptive name that reflects the group it represents.
6. Save Your Segment
Step 7: After setting the criteria and naming your segment, click on "Save" to create the segment.
7. Use Your New Segment
