Manage your broadcast scheduling, gain insights into your selected contacts, and customize settings to ensure compliance and quality.
Broadcast Scheduling:
Message Limits: Schedule broadcasts within your daily message limits (e.g., 250 messages per day). If you exceed your limit, you'll be notified of any extra charges and prompted to recharge your WooChat account if necessary.
Broadcast Name and Schedule: Update the broadcast name and set your preferred schedule.
Broadcast Details:
Template Preview: On the right side of the screen, preview how the message template appears for the first 20 contacts, including all dynamic fields.
Targeted Audience:
Total Contacts: View the count of contacts eligible for the broadcast, based on their marketing opt-in status.
Compliance Warning: Ensure you send messages only to opted-in contacts to maintain your quality rating and avoid negative impacts.
Broadcast Reply Settings:
Assign Replies: Designate a specific team member or assignee for handling replies. You can also override current assignments if needed.
Test Broadcast:
Testing: Click "Test Broadcast" to preview the message . This test is chargeable and will deduct message credits and limits accordingly. After testing, choose to view the conversation or return to the preview.
Cancel Broadcast:
Cancel Option: If needed, cancel the broadcast to stop messages from being sent to the contact list.
Send Broadcast:
Final Step: Click "Send Broadcast" to distribute the messages to your selected segment.
