Field Collection

Customize your data collection process with WooChat's Field Collection feature. This allows you to create and manage fields for both contact and company information, tailored to your specific needs.

Create a Contact Field

1. Access Field Collection:

   • Navigate to Manage Fields under Audience.

   • Click on +Add.

2. Choose Field Type:

   • Custom Field: Provide the following details:

     • Label: The name for the field, displayed within WooChat. (Maximum 50 characters)

     • Hint: Optional guidance to help users enter accurate data.

     • Type: Choose the data type (text, number, date, etc.) to structure your data collection effectively.

Create a Company Field

1. Access Field Collection:

   • Navigate to Field Collection under Settings.

   • Switch to Company and click on +Add.

2. Choose Field Type:

   • Custom Field: Provide the following details:

     • Label: The name for the field, displayed within WooChat.

     • Hint: Optional guidance to help users enter accurate data.

     • Type: Choose the data type (text, number, date, etc.) to structure your data collection effectively.

This feature enhances your ability to capture and organize essential information, ensuring that your data collection aligns with your business requirements.
