Compose Box
Boost productivity with features such as triggering bots, attaching files, using emojis, and more.
The compose box is designed for WooChat users to craft messages for customer chats, add private notes, and mention team members.
The screenshot below shows what the Compose Box looks like inside Conversations. You can use it to send a response to the customer by either Reply or you can mention WooChat user in a private message using Comment.

Reply
In addition to sending a response or a WhatsApp Template (for first interactions), you can also attach files or include emojis, Format the text, choose from the Quick Replies and Send WhatsApp templates the message in your customers' language.
Button Payloads
In your WhatsApp Templates, if you've incorporated buttons, the payload serves as a trigger or intent for a Bot flow, activating the Bot upon selection. Follow the below GIF to add the payload for a button.

Comments
WooChat's Comment tool is similar to your modern-day sticky notes, serving as a valuable resource for users. This feature helps WooChat users' to attach notes to customer conversations, enhancing your grasp of the customer's concern. This feature fosters improved communication and cooperation among WooChat users, resulting in a more seamless handover process.

Comments are internal and cannot be viewed by your customer. They are shown in a yellow text bubble to differentiate between messages.

Mention
You can mention a WooChat user using @name in Comments.
It is possible to mention multiple individuals within the Comments section.
