Create a Bot in WooChat

1. Create a Bot from Scratch

  • Choose the Option: Select the option to create a bot from scratch.

  • Configure Bot Details: In the side window, enter the Bot Name, configure the bot’s trigger, and apply any custom settings.

  • Session Management: Define how long the bot should wait for a response and what the bot should say after the waiting period.

Once you’ve set everything up, you’ve successfully created your first bot!

2. Edit or Update a Bot

After creating your bot, you can update its details, such as the Bot Name, wait time for user responses, post-wait message, or actions to be taken after the conversation ends. Check out the GIF below to see how to make these changes.

3. Bot Logs

The logs offer an overview of different flows, including:

  • Flow Name

  • Associated Intents

  • Last Published Date

  • Session Completion Statistics

  • Overall Status

These logs help you track the performance and status of various bot flows.
