Easily manage user assignments with WooChat, track session windows, and organize conversations using tags. You can also block and unblock contacts with just a click.
User assignment is essential for a well-functioning shared inbox, as it promotes teamwork and boosts efficiency by effectively distributing tasks. With WooChat, you can assign chats to WooChat Users or to a Bot created within the system.
In addition to managing assignments, WooChat provides a feature that shows the online or offline status of team members directly within the team inbox. An offline status is indicated by a cross on the profile picture, making it easy to see each member's availability at a glance.
You also have the ability to unassign chats assigned to you or a Bot, moving them to the unassigned bucket for other team members to handle. Similarly, if you believe another team member could better address a customer's issue, you can reassign the conversation to them. However, you cannot unassign chats that are assigned to your teammates.

Conversation tags are labels that help you categorize and organize chats based on specific criteria, topics, or statuses. This functionality simplifies searching for, tracking, and managing conversations, thereby enhancing overall communication efficiency.
You can either create a tag before assigning it to a chat or quickly type and click on the "Create Tag" option to generate and assign tags within seconds.

Once you Block the contact, you cannot send or receive messages. If you want to send a message to a Blocked contact, unblock them and then send message.
