Easily manage your Message Credits on our website. Add funds to your account, receive notifications when your balance is low, and access detailed conversation reports. Recharge now!
Message Credits are essentially prepaid funds used to pay for sending messages. Just like prepaying for a phone plan, you need to add credits to your account to continue sending messages. When your balance is depleted, you won't be able to send messages until you add more funds.
Manage/Add Credits
To manage or add credits:
Go to Settings in your account.
Under Account, select Message Credits.
Enter the amount you wish to add and click Add Credits.
Complete the payment process.
Once the transaction is complete, you'll receive a notification and a payment confirmation via email.
Message Credits Features
Low Balance Notifications: Receive alerts in your WooChat account and via email when your balance is low—INR 100 or USD 5.
Recharge Limits: Add a minimum of INR 100/$5 and a maximum of INR 100,000/$2000 at a time. Note that INR transactions include an 18% GST.
Pending Payments: If you have pending payments, pop-ups will prompt you to complete them. You can cancel pending payments and add new amounts.
Conversation Reports: View and export reports for Free Conversations, Business-Initiated Conversations, and User-Initiated Conversations for up to the last 6 months.
Estimated Costs: While creating a broadcast, you'll see the estimated amount needed. If your balance is insufficient, you'll be notified.
Important Notes
If your balance is low or negative, you won't be able to use features like replying to conversations or sending broadcasts until you recharge.
Scheduled broadcasts with insufficient credits will not be sent and will be marked as failed.
